Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the PE Realtors website and mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How To Request Account Deletion

  1. Email your request to pe@perealtors.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include your registered mobile number and, if available, the email address used with PE Realtors.
  3. We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
  4. Once verified, we will process the deletion request and confirm completion by email or phone.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Personal profile and contact details associated with your PE Realtors app account, where deletion is permitted.
  • Uploaded service requests, account-linked preferences, and app-facing account records that are no longer required for active service delivery.
  • Associated identifiers used only for account access, communication, and service follow-up.

What May Be Retained

  • Records that we are legally required to retain, including compliance, dispute-resolution, audit, anti-fraud, or taxation records.
  • Property, service, billing, or operational records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
  • System logs, backups, and archival copies that may persist for a limited retention period before secure deletion or overwrite.

Retention Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some retained records may remain for longer where required by law or operational necessity, after which they are deleted or anonymized in accordance with our retention practices.
