Job Overview
The Executive Associate - Level 1 (Intern) role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to marketing execution, customer engagement, sourcing services, and real estate operations inside a technology-driven organization.
A key part of this role involves field work to source properties, coordinate site visits, and facilitate customer interactions while supporting internal teams.
Program duration: 8 weeks, 5 days a week. Saturday working is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Field Work & Property Sourcing
- Conduct on-ground property sourcing for residential and commercial listings.
- Visit properties to collect, verify, and update property details.
- Coordinate with property owners, property seekers, and associations.
Customer Facilitation & Support
- Assist customers during property visits and site inspections.
- Handle initial customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth customer experience.
Marketing & Digital Support
- Support execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in creating and posting property advertisements on digital platforms.
- Help generate basic digital content for listings and marketing use.
CRM & Operations Support
- Update and maintain customer, lead, and property data in CRM systems.
- Track activity status and provide regular updates to reporting managers.
- Support documentation and operational tasks as assigned.

- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Must be willing to perform field-level activities, including property visits and customer facilitation.
- Must be comfortable with local travel as required for work assignments.
